Painting The Front Sliding Gate

Recommended Posts

anyone knows what they use to pain the sliding gate. Does not look like the normal brushed type. It is powder coated and how to tell? If it is powder coated, can it be done on site? and not needing to have the b***dy gate taken off and transport to a factory to do it?

Thanks.

powder coating process: heat up the metal, put the metal inside a fluidising tank, let the resin coat on the metal, put the coated metal into an oven to even out. That means it has to be done off site.

my advice, dont waste time on powder coating, it will flake off exposing the raw metal (unless you are using aluminium. Painting is still the best.
