Have been staying at Bt batok our 1st resale flats for 4yr+ already... spent 20k+ for renovation.Have not renovate kitchen wall tiles, both toilets wall n floor tiles... any1 can recommend as i need to renovate e things i mentioned.. but i wish to pay instalments for e renovation..
