You know, I really didn't look at this pic very carefully before, but when I finally did, I realised that the room next to the master bedroom is labelled "Future Little Pineapple's Room". Ha! Ha! Ha!

For the next few weeks, i will be busy meeting the ID firms. Guess its my turn to contribute n share w the fellow newbies here my experiences (good and bad) with these ID firms. So newbie like me can be informed.

I'll be meeting lots of IDs in the following weeks as well. So far, their favourite expression appears to be, "Your design brief is very 'interesting'. And we'd like to meet you to talk more about it." I'm not sure whether to be pleased or concerned!

But I'll definitely tell my RT buddies about my experiences.

Meet up with some during the weekend and 1 tommorrow. Will try to summary my experiences, hopefully i have the time. haha..ya i guess the all IDs said the same, think its their SOP. All of them appeared very keen in the first meetings, but the following up is terrible. i guess they are doing the filtering works after that, if not much budget just ignore. Oh well, let's see how.

Ipineapple, how did your meeting with IDs turn out? Any potential ones? I remember for me, out of 5, only 2 came back to me and continue meeting 3 times. The rest were quiet after knowing that i have a tight budget.

It's normal lah. I met about a dozen, only half got back. The rest can't be bothered. If they can't be bothered, I also dun wanna bother with them.

yah.. If they are already not being responsive or 'on-the-ball' even before the deal is clinched.. can't imagine how would it be like to call them back for rectification works after reno started.
