hafiizh 0 Report post Posted June 24, 2011 Pineapple >> someone showed me your layout and I was like wah! First impression is the architect must like symmetry sia. Unique leh but I think if you are willing to break some walls and try something a little different it can really be a great space. Especially that space in front of your main door - can become lobby leh! Got any current pictures? Sometimes floor plans can be quite misleading. Quite hard to make suggestions from the floor plan especially since it's not the cookie cutter type

mabaricows 0 Report post Posted July 13, 2011 The Grohe rainshower you showed here seems to have a thermostatic mixer, you need to consider if you need that. I think this setup will cost you about 1-2k whereas a normal Grohe rainshower and mixer will only cost about 600..

Erm, actually my Grohe rainshowers have thermostatic controls and that was the main attraction for me... I do like the thermostatic control function, cos feels like I'm in a luxe hotel. I think the mid- to high-end range rainshower sets would have thermostatic controls. If you just want the rainshower function, then go for the entry model - will save a fair bit. Mine costs about 1K after 30% discount.
