Really fed up with the doors from HDB, really regret to buy those full of defects door from them...

I went to the maintenance centre to submit my defect form into their suggestion box this week monday (told by the in-charge to do so) and to my surprise, the defect form is still in the suggestion box....

My downlight is normal light only one is spotlight LED.

I am waiting for my 3D design out then I can confirm the renovation package.

3) L17.5ft Import Granite Top ( Front Profile 40mm ).

4) Install Outlet 1.5 ince Outlet Pipe for Sink & Washing Machine.

5) Install L Box Pelmet for Kitchen Entrance.

6) Install L10ft Painter Tempered Glass Backing.

Master Toilet :

1) Supply & Install 10mm Casement Tempered Glass Shower Screen

2) Fabricate 3ft Suspended Vanity ( Solid Plywood and Laminate Finish )

3) Install 3ft Granite Top c/w Backsplash & 20mm Front Profile for Vanity

Common Toilet :

1) Supply & Install 10mm fixed panel.

Wet Work :

1) Construct 2" Thk Kitchen, Fridge & Washing Machine Base c/w Tiles Skirting Finish

Painting :

1) Nippon Paint for all internal wall & ceiling 4+1 colour

2) Nippon Paint for all doors frame, main gate & pipe line

3) Revanish Existing main door.

Renovation damage : approximately 20k

i hope you have checked double confirmed the time frame they allow you to take delivery...

some companies i know will insist that you take delivery latest 2 months after ordering...

you order so early...im afraid you will have to take delivery of your items before your reno is complete..

just my 2 cents.

My dinning table is from Species, i dunno know how much is that cos i am taking their package.. quite exp.

I believe individual buy each piece will be cheaper than package.

your renov cost is so much cheaper then mine man... hahaha.. i should have done the same as you, buy off the shelf items.

For me i prefer the white divider, as it look small and modern. if the divider too big it wil make your living area look small.

I finally bought all my lighting, toilet and kitchen accessories over the weekwend. i will post on my blog.

as you know our area is Fibre cable ready by starhub. i'm confuse if this is referring to openet?

so if I get the internet from Starhub does that mean starhub will run the fibre cable for my internet?

do you have any idea?

I am quite sure that our house are not with fiber cable as I have already confirm with the HDB officer.

So I think we have to wait for the free installation.
