We took a total of $40,000 grant and as i understand we both have to split the amount $20,000 each. My question is do i have to repay this grant if i am applying for a new BTO flat? and if i have to, when do i have to repay it? during downpayment or collection of key?I forgot to mention i intend to pay the downpayment with my CPF and not taking any loans for the rest of the amount.Thanks much Edited June 12, 2011 by pikachu33 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Details available at http://www.hdb.gov.s...vy?OpenDocument My friend is in quite same situation as you. She sold off her house and wanted to apply for BTO at first.
