Toilet Maintenance ( Shower Head Rest & Water Pipe Paint)

I need advise on how to fix the below 2 items . where to get the parts ?

1. Shower head holder on the wall spoiled and drop

2. Water pipe need some painting , but what type of paint to buy from home fix??

I just painted my 2 bathroom piping using ICI enamel paint. You can try too.

Yes Enamel paint is good for pipes and it is long lasting. It also gives good looks to pipes so best choice.
