Urgent Advise Needed - Issues After Renovation

I need urgent advise as to which party I should turn to as I'm pushed from one party to another for my concealed pipe leaking issue.

I just moved in a resale EC and my renovation was completed 9 months ago. Recently (3 weeks ago) water starts to leaked out from beneath my wardrobe. My wardrobe is 'L' shape beside the master bathroom and the leak is from the turning point of the 'L'.

I talked to my mgt who advise that this was a owner issue. I went back to my ID and request them to help and they claim that they did not use any drill while building the wardrobe and it's not their responsibility as if it's their fault, the leaking should have commence a long time ago instead of after 9 months. I request my ID to assist to remove the wardrobe for inspection and find out where the leak comes from (we asked for a quotation) but they asked us to go and find a contractor.

We have got advise from mgt, the ID I've used and one independent plumber but no one can give a conclusive advise of where the leak is from even after looking at the piping system plan. Since the leak is from beneath the wardrobe, I think we will still need to remove and reinstate the wardrobe ultimately as the parquet beneath them are already popping out.

Should I get another contractor to remove and reinstate the wardrobe or get the ID I have used. I am of the opinion that most part of the wardrobe can be reused since only the frame is stick to the wall.

I got a plumber up to see, he suggested fitting external pipe to the master bathroom shower and sink but i do not think he is sure where the leak comes from. The leak comes from the turning point of the 'L' shape wardrobe. So without removing it to inspect, a lot of guessing opinion is given by id, mgt and plumber. As the wardrobe is only a few months and cost me a few thousand dollars, I want to reuse it as much as possible but was told by ID once remove it cannot be fitted back.
