Hi I am building my semi d now and would like to know if anyone can share how much it is to do the electrical such as single/double 13 A point, indoor lighting point, CAT 6 point, aircon isolator, water heater point etc.Typically, how much is the cost of wiring up a 2 storey 3500 sq ft semi-d?

all depend on distance due to cable cost and labour.

For HDB flats, distance can be easily predicted, therefore there is a fix rate.

for semiD, to indicate a fix rate it wont be competitive.

I came across a rate as for below, but for bunglow

Ltg pt- $140 (inclusive ltg installation)

power point - $140 (single)

power point - $145 (twin)

cat 6 -$3 per meter
