隐形窗花用的是超细的白钢，垂直的线条设计从远处看去像是隐形。

刚在上个月刚竣工的四美私人组屋Parc Lumiere，在8座新组屋中有至少13户装上隐形窗花。

一名女居民Belinda Ong在网上声称，丈夫接到建屋局来电，指装隐形窗花的商家Legate不是建屋局批准的承包商，将发信叫居民拆掉窗花。

"面贴"一出，马上掀起热议，有人担心若真的"被迫"拆掉隐形窗花，岂不是白白浪费800多元？更重要的是，为什么装了又要拆。

建屋局回复《联合晚报》询问时说，组屋阳台的窗花，须有统一性。

Is your window Grilles same as your neighbor?

I think my block other than the original HDB window Grilles, every unit has different window grills design.

I thought only private property has such rule.

Parc Lumiere is DBSS built by Sim Lian Grp, is classified under Public Residential Scheme. "Landlord" is HDB for land title, maintenance carry out by TC, it is not a strata title building.

Window grille standardisation for DBSS?? - RUBBISH!

got such rule. any HDB flats handed over from 1 July 2007 are subjected to this rule:

"For flats handed over from 1 July 2007 onwards: Window grilles installed must be of HDB approved designs.

chanced upon this rule when i was researching for reno... was just secretly glad that my (old) flat is surely handed over before 2007
