kunxeno 0 Report post Posted June 3, 2011 Hi I have a friend who is divorce and need to get a bank loan to refinace his flat and also to pay the flat sales proceedings 50% to his exwife.He cannot refinance from HDB loan because his income is more than 3k/per mth.Any knows which bank offer the best rates now?
