boefje 0 Report post Posted May 31, 2011 Hi,I am buying a 3ng resale flat.The 2 toilets are still in original state (MBR is sit and kitchen is squat).I want to renovate the 2 toilets, both has to be sitting.Hacking, tiling, piping, sink, etc. has to be fully done.Next, the kitchen is also in original state. Same reno as for the toilets, with addition to a simple top.Next, since the electrical wiring is also in original state, I want it to be done fully as well.Next, the flooring in the rest of the house is marble, so polishing should be enough.Next, chemical wash (necessary, right?)I have a budget of 15k for the above. Can it be done?Will I have anything left for other things, like hacking of the kitchen-living room wall?And/or nice ceiling design?Not sure I am clear enough or not. Plz advise, thx! harleybrian83 0 Report post Posted June 1, 2011 hey bro with 15k i think u can do the whole of your - kitchen wall & floor, - both ur toilet floor n wall, - new plumbing works, - new kichen 20ft cabinet, - new paint in kitchen & bathroom ceiling,- chemical wash- hv 2 bi-fold door.a full rewiring of entire hse is very expensive, cost about 2k Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
