this is the cheapest quote I have gotten from a contractor my friend has recommended. Very hardworking and responsive. And the best is, he is not very greedy as compared to other quotes I've received. Btw, he did not charge me those small items like skirting tiling, base for fridge and washer etc. I'm most likely to go with him if there is no comment on his quotes.

frankly speaking, the price quoted is consider cheap compare to quotes which I got for my reno.

Moreover, they are giving you an overall discount.

your quote is expensive. I went through your items in detail. it's exp.

TS, why not you take each item and calculate the per unit price - $/ft, $/sqf etc. (where applicable)

Then i'll show you for each item where the market rate should be.

I initially thought your quote was cheap BUT realised the quote is mainly for toilet n kitchen mainly.
