kanodim 0 Report post Posted May 29, 2011 Hi I got my flat renovation done in october 2010, there is a leakage complain from downstairs owner. Want to check generally what is the guarantee period for waterprrofing. If it is under guarantee period my contractor will be liable to bear the cost of correcting the leakage.
