navik 0 Report post Posted May 28, 2011 Hi anyone gotten "Rubine" or "MN" sink from Poh Joo before? How is the quality. Read some stories about how bathroom accessories from Poh Joo rust after a few months of use (but to be fair read similar stories regarding items from other shops too). Hence was wondering if the sinks are ok. Bathroom accessories rust still easy to change, but once a sink is mounted, it is a PITA to change it if it rusts.I'm also looking for WC, but realise that Poh Joo only carry (at least they only display) Claytan WC. Not very keen on Claytan, any other brands to recommend? A lot of shops recommend me Crizto (Singapore brand) is this any good? Its working fine. i think around 1 year old.my cheapo tap leaks a little, not major so i din bother to change.The sales ger will recommend getting better stuff, i.e. tell u that the particular mixer is no good.i bought 1 mixer, the cheapest for my common bathroom as its there for show only. Slight rust on the mixer, not obvious though.for chrome bathroom accessories like toilet roll holder and rack to hold toiletries,these get water stained easily.So i DIY spray a layer of varnish on it for protection, just like $4 per can at hardware shops.
