Hi.

I have a short timeline to do a Reno for a soon to be purchased home. Approximately 2 weeks as I need to vacate my present accommodation. Likely Reno for the new home will entail a full paint job, changing of aircon system, overhaul of kitchen (cabinets and stuff), wardrobes in 3 rooms and possibly minor wall hacking. Do I have enough time to do it? Only second time doing a renovation so am a bit rusty with current practices. Would appreciate your feedback and advice thanks.

Hi

Just exercised my OTP today so the 10 week countdown begins (maybe 8 wks) before I become a home owner. As a first time condo owner, any suggestions as to which government agency I can obtain the official floorplans for a condo unit from (was advised that condo mgt will have just without dimensions). Still wondering what I can do with two weeks for renovation. Totally clueless as to the renovation process for condo and would value your feedback and advice thanks.
