Opsh Vs Closetdesign

Recommended Posts

Hi I'm contemplating between OPSH and Closetdesign for my MBR wadrobe. Have yet to check either one out, will probably do so sometime next week. But in the meantime, I would like to get the feedback and opinion of those who had engaged either one before. Can I know:

1) What are the pros and cons

2) What made you choose one over the other

3) How is the workmanship, before and after sales service

4) Durability of the product

4) And most importantly pricing.

Thanks :)

i think they are different products. 1 offer pole system another offer customized wardrobe system right?

I got mine from Lumeira, the selling point for me was the 10yr warranty for the sliding door.

Otherwise the customization should be the same except closetrobe offers more laminates for partitions? not so sure about this..

Hi, anyone willing to share their review of either company? Went down to both shops yesterday, both wifey and I found the workmanship at opsh looks better... at least at the showroom, service staff seems more "zai" too and better at explaining. But ultimately we would like to hear some reviews from those who already had used their services before.

bro/sis takizawa, I'm inquiring about closetdesign which also does pole system, not closetrobe. ;)

hi Navik,

I didn't engage the merchants you have seek; however I didn't some enquiry from them for

my WIW pole-systems & TV-console as well.

Eventually I engaged Esther from Closrtrobe ('a sister-company' of closetdesign).

I've thus engaged them again for my study-table.

You can check out my thread here under post #253

Hope this helps.

I had not tried opsh before but i pretty much like their pole system. But I chose excel hardware's pole system as theirs comes with LED light and this is unique. They have a showroom at admiralty. I went down to expo last week and they had a booth there featuring their pole system. Opsh was there too but it's quite a shame that excel hardware did not display their sliding door at the fair but overall their pole system still look impressive with their LED lights.. for Excel hardware's pole system, it is the cheapest i had seen in the market so far. Hope this helps..

I just installed closet design's 'pole' system, in my opinion worksmanship can be better. They had 2 indian workers came over to install the closet and I was only able to pop by during lunch to see. There were places where things were not installed securely and I had to touch it up myself (missing screws and things not secured). When I texted my salesperson he did not get back to me. Given a choice I probably would not go back to them again for anything else.
