Third In Three Years

Recommended Posts

We're ok with moving the bathroom door slightly forward towards the stairs, to give more space into the bathroom. That will give some space for a shower, just wondering how to do a screen..... Marcus actually suggested 2 glass half doors - like panes that can be swung back and forth as required and lower the floor of the shower area to demarcate it. May work?

Should work but once again, where does the water drain off? Your trap is next to WC.

Do you have another pix where we can see the other side of the toilet? The door is blocking, so the 2 half panels on the other side may work.

jcase, will have to move the trap from behind the WC to the recess. Might consider bifold doors too to save space!

Please consider Besglas. It's far classier and the doors are made of glass so it's nice and heavy.

haha epigram... yep! looks weird doesn't it? Am doing away totally with that room for a bigger living area in the first floor. There's only 2 of us anyway (well 3 plus helper) so don't really need that many rooms!

I have been naughty and went on a bit of a spree yesterday!! Will post our purchases later!

Our pockets definitely not deep especially with the expensive weekend we had!!!

Some of the stuff we've bought:

1. Coffee table and tv console- both solid teak wood, 2nd hand from an expat moving to a new place and decided to change all his furniture even if they were only 1 yr old!!
