But now I am not satisfied with him and thinking to change the ID.He was not started the work yet, but applied the renovation permit with HDB. If I cancel the quote now, can I get back the money? luckycoin 0 Report post Posted May 19, 2011 Yes, of course you can change, but most likely you will have to forfeit the deposit that you had paid for, depending on the T&C on the quotation that you've signed. Once you've engaged a new ID, and is about to start the reno work, your new ID will have to apply for the permit again. Its FOC anyway ...
