Wall Shower Head Rest Spoiled

The hand part of our shower head rest spoiled & dropped.

Its not new.

Now the shower head had not choice but to drop hanging without a rest.

How can we fixed this?

Also our main door is not closing properly too, the hinge is no longer trapping the door.
