Hi...

May I know know where and how do you actually hang/dry out your laundry in your EM?

Thanks!

Hi Pachimko, I have created a little yard area to separate it from the kitchen. This is where I place my washer n hang my laundry.

To get my clothes to dry faster, my balcony also helps to double up as a temporary laundry area. I make use of my balcony grilles to hang my clothes.....:)

Thx spikedoll for visiting my blog :)

The recess area is a small 2sqm space between my living n corridor.... That space is impt to us. We use it to put a low shoe cabinet which we also double up as a seat. We don't like strangers to step into that area n disturb our privacy.

Anyway, very happy the whole process of buying it from HDB is now over.... :)

Nice shoe rack. Where to buy & price?

Hi wanchoy, I remember getting this white shoe rack from Vhive@NEX for only $95. Not sure if they r still selling.

It helps keep my foyer at recess area free from those messy shoes n slippers.

Hi Potatoes,

Do you mind sharing your contractor's contact?

Btw, you mentioned 35K excluding Carpentry which means those kitchen cabinets/built in wardrobes etc?

How much does carpentry cost? Need to go plan some budget as I'm also low on $$ :(

TIA!!

Just installed a 2nd air con compressor (single split Inverter unit) for my living hall today.

The air con installer did an excellent job! :good:

Hello! potatoes :-)

The husband only want something like one line across as featured wall in the toilets and noticed that both of you have similar ideas except colour we chose is red instead of orange; I see that you are more daring in use of colours - good for you!

So paisei never visit your blog until now.

Many thanks for writing in my blog. I have not been updating my blog for quite sometime. The orange tiles is my favourite n I chose them for my kids bathroom gives it a more youthful look. I like it as it also brightens up the place. Hope your reno is going well in its final phase.

Cheers!

Just use a dryer... then you don't even need to hang clothes. Makes doing laundry a breeze, and you don't worry about funky smells during the rainy season.

Renotalk really should have a like button...i wanna click like to this comment! LOL

Thanks for visiting my tblog, Venessa.

I agree with you too about having a 'like' button. It is because of good feedback from forumers.... if not I may end up buying products that may eventually end up as white elephants....heehee.
