My House at Sengkang, key collection probably somewhere around sept.. so still have time to get ideas and hopefully able to celebrate my new yr there.

Oh congrats, should be ok for chinese new year. You going to do overhaul also? If re-tiling, will take longer, Wee Kuang accelerated my reno and managed to complete within 6 weeks. BTW, I think he lived in Sengkang also, so if you engage his services, think he should be able to 随传随到 .
