As a typical kiasu singaporean , I am start looking for FSM & RENO information. My block 435C is a 4rm premium flat "Fernvale Residence".My flat is under Sale Balance Flat scheme.& my Que number 225 and appt will be 24 Feb 2011.Purchase Price $ 316,700 94 Sqm so estimate completion will be 1st Quarter 2012. We will be getting a FSM to audit the house and after which we will start the reno process. I was make appointment with on next saturday at 10 am.Audit Package $485:1) Survey of the exterior and interior2) Taking readings and measurements3) Advice on designs and renovation4) Immediate remedies (if any)5) On the spot floorplan drawing and explanation6) Wealth area7) Stove and kitchen arrangements8) Living room arrangements9) Bed placement10) Children's study11) Personal area12) Selection of dates for reno and move-in13) Procedure for reno and move-in14) Q & A session15) Thereafter still can call email me on any questions pertaining feng shuiThe above audit takes from 2-3hours (weekends only 2 hrs per slot). MeiLinChCh 1 Report post Posted May 15, 2011 bought 5 seater L shape fabric sofa about $1099 .I bought four star Mattress medium firm pocket coil with bed frame $999 king size for my parents cos they age 50-60 age and $599 with bed frame for brother . we pay 30%for all items to lock the price.
