This is the special kitchen false ceiling I was talking about, Derrick designed it to be triangular and the down lights will be shining down at some angles

Ugly pipe boxed up finally, although I preferred the pipe to be relaid, but I gave in anyway. This space is meant for clothes hanging rails. Hopefully there will be no issue later

Yes bro, more pics taken but I was really busy to upload them! So far I would say he is OK, but the down lights work has yet started and that will be the real test.

13/June, cleaned and really for painting

Master toilet again, the gain city guys made an ugly hole for water pipe coming from the compressor. Going to make them pay when they bring in the units.

17/June, painting done

I was puzzled that they did not lay the kitchen wall tiles fully, Derrick explained that cabinet will need to be installed directly onto the concrete which is more stable.

I really like the idea of having this concealer for the glass wall hinges

28/June, tile cracks rectified

To be fair, the tiles broken during windows and air-con installation (both external contractors) were actually replaced without additional cost by Derrick. Happiness.

Doors were installed too! Waiting to be painted with a transparent coating, pardon me, no idea what it is called

29/June, toiletries installed. All these stuff we bought from Wasser Bath at Balestier, together with Turbo hood, chimney, oven plus kitchen wares, costs $3.2k! We were introduced by Derrick to this shop, and Andy attended us with patience. Initial quote was very high, $3.6+ and got discounted later. Common sales tactic

Heater was on promotion at $170, there will be a glass partition of less than 2 feet length before the ugly pipe
