3 Room Bukit Batok By Homesuccess

Recommended Posts

We went to Arco Holdings at Jalan Besar for lightings. Derrick brought us there. We were attended by a Malaysian staff and his service is good and not pushy. We needed 20 down lights, 1 guest room light and 2 toilet lights. The price came to $900.

Much time was spent on deciding dining light. We were pondering over expensive Swarovski crystal lights ($890 onwards) or standard ones ($280 onwards). We saw one beautiful Swarovski crystal lights ($1378 after discount) and was thinking so hard to buy it or not. Finally we resisted the temptation and to KIV this item.

Today I researched a little and felt that crystal dining lights can be difficult to maintain and surely blow our budget away. What you guys think?

There was some design issues with the living/kitchen partition. Initially we planned to extend the living area by one foot, but Derrick realized there is a central beam of one foot height cutting across, he advised us to keep to the initial partition so that the glass wall could be built along the beam. However, I want to reduce the kitchen area so that living room is more spacious. He finally gave me this requirement and suggested building a false ceiling of 2 feet length from the beam to the glass wall.
