Not sure what type of stain but i think maybe chemical stains left by the contractor when they clean the toilet. had try to use normal cleaning solution to clean but cannot go away. Looking for good contractors? Click here for your request

You should alert your renovation contractor on those stains and request that he remove them instead of doing it on your own.

If those stains couldn't be removed, he might want to consider replacing the tile, that's if it is possible.

I understand, however the issue now is both the contractor renovating my house and the cleaning company i engaged to clean up the house before moving in do not admit is their staff who stain the tile. Had been calling them for the past 2 days and is arranging these two BIG manager to come and take a look and talk to each other. Do not think they are so difficult before i had pay the balance. Should have listen to my friend to hold some payment till everything settle. Maybe see how after they meet each other. Meanwhile just trying to be creative and look around for some solution to standby since it HOLIDAY!

I think you'll either have to live with it or take risks in removing those stains.

If they are already denying & disclaiming all responsibilities, chances are they will ignore your calls since you've paid up already.

Thanks, anyway I managed to get both of them down this wed to talk about it. See whether can solve or not.

Last last resort is putting a cupboard or small table over to cover it.

Never expect 100% so it ok if it 99%.
