Hi,

Is it possible to add a toilet to a room of a house? (i.e. constructing an attached toilet to a room)?

What are the things to look out for?

If you are staying in a landed property, the answer is yes. But it'll cost you alot of money becox they would need to do alot of relocation of wiring & pipes; and hacking.

As for what to look out for & whether there is a need to obtain approval from BCA, you will need to check with qualified builders/ architects.
