Flush Mount Sink~ Combi Of Beauty Of Undermount And Convenient Of Top Mount?

Dear bros and sis,

anyone of you familiar with flush mount sink? Apparently this answers the question i all along have in my heart (within these few mths) as i keep reading the pros and con's of top mount or under mount for kitchen sink! Seems like this is a kill 2 birds with 1 stone method...looks nice and dun have to worry about the need of replacing the sink in future as it sits on like a top mount if i'm not wrong.... Anyone has installed such before? Doesnt seem popular despite my belief its a great idea..(hahah only shows how anal i am :sport-smiley-004: )

Did you install a flush mount sink? I am looking into this right now, but cant seem to find anybody talking about this. Seems to me that this is the better choice as compared to top mount or under mount. Only downside is that the sink is pricer, and that it is only available in stainless steel.
