Just Bought A 4Rm Resale, Looking For Contractors. Pls Recommend!

Hi all,

I am new to this forum and am looking for a contractor to help renovate my 4RM resale flat.

Contacted a few recommended ones in the forums, but mostly have been waiting in vain for their quotations. Some are too full with workload and are nice to tell me that they have to reject me.

Some said will get back despite me chasing them but I did not hear from them.

Others quoted me astronomical sums when I clearly state that my budget is 25k.

So if anyone of you are reading this, I hope to engage a reliable and reasonable contractor that can work within my budget. I know this post is a reshash of many other posts, but i hope to gather as many contacts as possible so I can crystalise a stable of contacts for my short list.

Please help if possible

I saw the post that you had put on.

I know you have a tight budget on 25k for your new 4rm resales, perhaps you will like to tell me more on

what sort of reno that you are looking into?

How old is the house ?

and which area of the house you feel is much more important?

Why i pointed out this 3 items is because when doing up a renovation is depend on how is major you going

to have it ( of cos have to look into your budget ) if some of the area eg we can overlay with some other materials beside tiles ?
