Just got my keys at fernvale, premium HDB 4room

Was quoted 15K from a fren recommend ID,

1) falce ceiling L-box for whole house

2) shoe cabinet c/w divider

3) 8ft x full ht featurewall for tv

4) 6ft suspended TV Console

5) 20ft Sliding door master wardrobe

6) Topbottom 20 ft kitchen cabinet and 10 ft solid surface,

7) 2 x shower screen tempered glass at both bathroom

8) 2 vanity cabinet at both bathroom

9) Painting whole house (ICI Deluxe/ nippon paint)

10) Haulage uplift and clear debris

11) 3D drawings

12) Job-site coordination

13) Acid wash

I have just done up window dressing for a unit at Fernvale Blk 410C. Day & night full height curtain for living room, night half height for 2 bedrooms & dim-out roller blind for master bedroom, total is $1200. Please do bear in mind that the total cost will either go up or down depending on the types of fabric that you have chosen.
