Light Market In Shanghai Or Beijing

Hello, I'm new to this forum

Would like to know more about buying lights from Shanghai or Beijing.

Actually, I am interested in getting copied designers light from China. As Singapore is too expensive~! Furthermore, the lights are Made In China.

Earlier this week, I went to 上海灯具城 (Shanghai Light Market) at Liu Ying Lu. (If you know any of such awesome place, please share with me too~)

Spotted these which I like..

Retail: RMB 3,800

Retail: RMB 1,248

The saleman is willingly to let me buy at RMB 340.

How much should I bargain for? In order to get the best deal. Some adviced me to bargain at 10% of the quoted price.
