What did the HDB say?
Topspin 1 Report post Posted April 14, 2011 Hi, before you do something drastic, just try using bleach to see if it works. Pour liquid bleach on the floor and leave it there overnight. Keep the bathroom door close and don't enter the bathroom to avoid inhalling the bleach. It works on my bathroom floor for minor stains that scrubbing with Jif does not remove. bepgof 20 Report post Posted April 24, 2011 (edited) Use acid (HCL), use plastic to rub & rub. Keep for 1/2 hr, flush with water. Try the same for a few times. Edited April 24, 2011 by bepgof

indira 0 Report post Posted April 28, 2011 I think the stain is already mixed between rust, and biological growth (mould and algae). Any cleaner will be no use I am afraid.I think it is better for you to change the tiles and check what happend to the sub flooring, maybe there is water seeping, maybe there is abundant mould infested there, dirt etc. After that, you may want to control the humidity inside the bathroom so it wont happen again in the future. If I am still doing my research in mould growth I will be more than happy to take sample from your place......ehhehehehheLet me know the result alrite.....keep in touch.. Artist123 0 Report post Posted March 20, 2012 You can do an overlay of tiles without any hacking. Go to any of the tiles supplier and ask them to help you.
