emobebe 1 Report post Posted April 21, 2011 Hi Stinkers, In my opinion, the new living room design is nicer. Simple, neat yet stylish. However, both WIW not very nice. I think could be flowerish stuff. But this is my personal opinion only. No offence ya...haha Ultimately, you see which one suitable your lifestyle and taste... Cheers:) Emobebe

gimz63251073 0 Report post Posted April 21, 2011 hihi, my 2 cents: 1. new feature wall in living room with straight lines make the place look "longer" and neater. 2. WIW - considered having one or 2 panels of the sliding door as mirrors? the laminate in the new design is like screaming for attention, which is not a bad thing if ur wife likes it. brood 0 Report post Posted April 21, 2011 You dismantled all of these yourself? Wow! How long did it take you? Given the tight budget constraint (Everything in at around 20K), I have to try and minimize some costing in order to free some amount up to buy nicer and better white goods and furnitures if possible. Some of my hardwork - Dismantling of existing laminated flooring for whole house, dismantling of kitchen worktop (Plywood with Laminate) Saved another $700+ Living laminated flooring out Guestroom on the way Kitchen top

Hahaha... yeah, I also feel so..... looks more uniformed and gives the modern look that we are looking for. Cos planning to buy one full length mirror, thats y didnt want any mirrors on the panels Screaming for attention should be what my wifey is looking for.... hahahaahha Thanks for the input. stinker808 0 Report post Posted April 21, 2011 You dismantled all of these yourself? Wow! How long did it take you? Yup...... 100% Tiring work though.... Kitchen worktop very easy cos it's only screwed on with 9 screws. so just need some patience to unscrew everything and off it comes :0 Laminated flooring wise, took me quite some time.... roughly 7 hours for the entire house. From skirtings to dismantling of everything.... hahahaha....wifey kept saying I very useful to her can do all the labour jobs...... hahahaha Actually quite easy.... with the click locking system.... as long as one panel is out, the rest are chicken feet ...... Let me post up some pics for all to consider in the future.... price wise, also quite reasonable.Mosiac look-alike in two coloursBlackGolden with a dash of greenFinished effectThe one we chosen due to the classic-ness and durability of looks over timeFinished look
