Reno Budget Of 15k, Achievable?

Hi,as this is my first time doing reno. I would like to seek advice from you guys out there.

i am running on a tight budget of 15k and will like to do the following things.

Is it achievable? Without compromising the quaility of cause. It's a 4-room new flat btw.

1) False ceilings for living/dinning + passageway + MBR

2) TV feature + console @ living room

3) Kitchen, normal solidtop with softclose/anti slam + kitchen door + tempered glass backing

4) Masterbed room with sidetables+ wardrobe. and also a small tv feature wall for Masterbedroom

5) Masterbed room vanity cabinet with mirror with showerscreen.

6) Full height 4ft shoe cabinet.

my requirements almost similar as you, but no false ceiling, did within 10K+. urs should be achievable..

Hmm 10k +sounds reasonable.I think if add on the false ceiling should be 1k+?
