bepgof 20 Report post Posted April 11, 2011 (edited) Sell then stay where?, PAP gov very caring one , can apply first, then wait long long, till you get keys for BTO then sell yr house. Get keys for BTO till the completion of selling house (so call 2nd appointment) must be within 6 months. This queries repeated many times liao till I can remember. do i need to sell my exisiting flat before i apply for BTO? or only sell after i confirm my unit from BTO?
