The price is reasonable. Even if you can get a lot better price outside also doesn't mean that the services, workmanship and material are the same. luckycoin 0 Report post Posted May 16, 2011 I feel that the painting of whole house is a little bit overcharge. Perhaps you can try to nego with your contractor and bring it down to 1300, which is the market price. The rest of the items look quite reasonable IMO.
