Reno Contractor To Recommend?

Hi, just got a resale 3 room. Already got some design ideas. Anyone got good contractor to recommend? Need to redo the whole kitchen, combine the two toilet as one and some minor touch up like painting etc.

Hi all, need your advice here. Just got my first quote from an ID firm. Is it too expensive?? $17K plus...not to mention A/C not include yet and also shifting and additional of power point and tv point. Total think add up to near 20K just to redo my kitchen and bathroom. Not to mentioned also overlay of homo wall tiles in my toilet wall $2.5K...??

the quote is cheap in my opinion ... just make sure the contractor is reliable.

guys.. i need some help too.. i got a quote from a friend.. he is a contractor.. engage him cos he is a friend.. but somehow, i feel what he quote is abit on the high side.. can anyone help pls? btw, he quote me $40/light point with installation..

the lighting point $27 + installation $10 = $37 right? so lidat consider ok for my side? cos his even plus cut the hole, re-arrange the lighting etc.. i mean it's $3 difference but my contractor will liaise with the electrician.. but my quote ex? as in?

hmm.. I guess your $40 / lighting point makes sense. I found the quote i posted cheap, cause for mine, it only worked out to be 1.4k in total, having very simple lightings.. IDs are quoting around 2k+..

Check with your id the total cost & breakdown, use that quote as a comparison..

Always take the "packages" with a pinch of salt. What comes cheap will not be good. Anyway, you will definitely end up paying more than the "package price" and I guarantee that ^^.
