like many of you, i am an excited first time home owner! I am still waiting for my keys which should be ready for collection by this month. Inspired by many of you, i would also like to follow your footsteps and share my journey together!....

I am still in the process of selecting my ID and would need your expertise/ feedbacks on my list. Initially i have a total of close to 20 contacts/quotes. After my first round of shortlisting, i managed to narrow it to 14. I am considering to further narrow it to a list of 5-8 and would appreciate if you can help...

U should find "Liu De Hua" So far i cant find any ID tat can match with his price...

He just done my EM. Worksmanship is good n most important after sale service... Good

I also got ask for quote from them before.. Hee. Its really much cheaper than others, but i realised their quotes don't state a lot of things clearly and found their design abit not to our taste so decided to drop them.. but personal opinion la =) Imagine i got 4 quotes and i list them down all in excel and compare 1 by 1!hahahahaa think i too free back then =P
