Basically, u r doing almost everything, so 70k is about there.

Get a contractor, can help to save u some $$.

My contractor went into building already and his number is taken by his "secretary"... so dam rude, recently called up to inquire about leveling balcony refused to give me his direct number. I won;t recommend due to his "secretary".

Hi , I am doing a major overhaul of my new EM too...

I got 2 contractors and was quoted around 85k in total. My brother in law is doing fully aluminium kitchen cabinets ( so the price is a bit higher here)

The other one is a contractor and i like his service a lot... he went to my site 4x before actual reno started...

go look for other IDs to compare prices and quality given la... there are alot of Gd ID recommended by ppl, but also gt alot fake ID posting here.

i think business quite bad for those ppl then they engage ppl to keep promoting their company! hahaha

-kitchen cabinet

-3 toilets

-change staircase railing

-Hack 1st floor tiles & cement screed

-New main door/gate

-all window grilles (invisible grille) + sliding window + all top hung

-hack foyer+lay tiles(i bought over recess area)

-MBR wardrobe

-All bedroom doors including utility

-Glass doorx2 for shower, bifold for 1st floor

-Laminate 1st & 2nd floor except foyer & kitchen (Inovar)

-L box/false ceiling all over house except kitchen/toilets & 2 bedrooms.

-& other stuffs..

but i deal with 4 contractors (1 for window, 1 for invisible grille, 1 for laminate flooring & rest 1 main con)

I had my house done by this guy... Although I didn't really do alot but he is patience enough to guide me through... Good workmanship n give me alot of advise... If u guys wan then pm me for the contact... Can come my house c his workmanship also... Ha ha...

Hi all, jus get my EM.

Will commence my Reno on mid June. Can't recommend my contractor cause I haven't saw it worksmanship.

My quote is 69k for everything except a living room wall tv feature and retained my second level parquet flooring

Hi all

I had recommended my friend who purchased a EM too in Yishun and I think she got a quote of about 65k to renovate 3 bathrooms, kitchen, wardrobes, rewiring, painting and polishing of marble and parquet and an auto shuttle at balcony
