steveong 0 Report post Posted April 4, 2011 Folks. as certain portion of skirting for my resale flat is pretty 'jialat', i was thinking of hacking all of them(skirting) and replace with Parquet or another other material that's closed to the existing marble flooring. TIA for sharing.

TIA for sharing. i used homo tiles for skirting. you can try that cos it's easier to find a colour to match your marble/house colour scheme as compared to parquet~

marshmallow 0 Report post Posted May 24, 2011 (edited) dont use skirting, its passemy place is totally skirting-free - http://www.renotalk.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=40916i do find skirting to have its practical use. for example, it prevents my dining chairs from pushing all the way to hit and scar the wall so i very much appreciate the presence of skirting at my home~ whether it's passe or not is a matter of personal taste~ Edited May 24, 2011 by marshmallow
