Hi i like to thanks those who have help me in looking for ids and thanks to my next door who is also using the CLC for their renovation works.

I am here to post my renovation photos and also to help my id:)

we have took 3 months to look for ids and contractors. after meeting few of them we have decided to go with CLC. reason due to we like the way leslie does his sale. he is not pushy and willing to spend time even before we confirm anything. his team has shown us that they are able to handle our house and handover in time. he is also very up front and personal as we can feel that he is really trying hard to give us the best he can. so we awarded the contact to his team.

The team for our renovation:

Leslie chua = Designer

help us in all our design and colours selection. we leave everything to him

buying lights and furniture.

Marcus = Sales

making appointment with us, and also help us bring in quotes for roof,alarm,auto gate, air con and pest control.

which they dont deal with.

Jeremy = Design/project manager

making sure our project run smoothly and also help us in arranging all fittings delivery.

Hui, I cab vouch for CLC. They will begin our reno on 3 May.

Leslie is very personable and even my mom likes him. Fist impression was ... "Who hired Beng to design your place" ha ha. But he does have a good eye for design and color.

Marcus is also very responsive and responsible. Make him meet me so many times. He came down to SBH with me 3 time to select and reselect tiles.

Hi hi we met again ha ha. Can I have their contacts it seems like lots of house owners are say great stuff about them. Sure they are also a few which I come by saying neg stuff. But overall still willing to get then for a quote.
