But 1 ting im concerned is i saw a unit (few units from urs) door being splashed with paint... the unit seems abandoned. Hi! Sooo you're the one that Mr Yeak brought over to our house? Cos he did ask for our permission though. Yea there is one unit with some ah long issues but who cares, they're not even next to our unit so it doesnt bother us at all! There was another couple who was there, i not sure who.. My EM is near tampines round market...the way yeak do up ur house..i love it. I was considering the glass railing like yours but back out after seeing my toddler daughter had difficulty climbing up and down the stairs.. well, hard to say la..coz u knoe how ah long work... Now in the midst of finalising the stuff to work on or omit coz quote exceed budget bit & best part his quote..i saw didnt include 1st floor toilet, i not sure he missed it or something..need to check with him. but anyway great job!!! Yea I wanted something different and since I loveeeee bold colours, so I chose something loud for the kitchen! Had to tone down on the living area though since age is catching up. My previous 5 room flat was majorly in black, grey and white colours! And YES I had black walls back. Now need to mellow down a little on the choice of colours! Hope my home will turn out as nice as urs. ahhh that area... facilities there are not too bad too we chose the glass railings cos it fits the entire concept of the house and we simply dislike other types of staircase railings.. as i said the ah long issue is the least problem we are worried abt since the unit is not even near our unit... the neighbour next to theirs (the one with the tortoises LOL) should worry more isnt it? you should inform mr yeak on anything that was left out in the quotation considering there is a budget to be met. hopefully it works fine for u!
