Hello Everyone,

I have the following quotation from an ID for my 4 Room Premium BTO flat. Please advise if you detect any irregularities. Doors, tiles have all been included in our flat by HDB. May I also ask, is it normal that ID give quotations without going on site to do measurements?

this price is very very reasonable but i doubt ID work is included

the design should be typical normal Singapore HDB style? good if they have photos of recent completed works to show

it is indeed your typical singapore design.

IMHO, I think the chosen furnishings play a huge role too.

this quotation is from Defong Interior. The ID in charge is William.

FYI, I did not engage him in the end but my classmate did.

According to my classmate, William is a very patient and nice guy.
