Nobody else uses them? No more further comments on Wideangle Design? They're one of my shortlisted company to do my house.

I used WAD back in 2004 when they first open shop at TP. Unfortunately I didn't know abt this forum back then. Anyway back then they were new and hungry. The boss Brenda was my ID. Service super solid (back then).

Price wise is ok. For those who think that price and design is all that matters, sorry to have to burst your bubble. You get what you pay for. Workmanship is so-so, carpentry very average. Frankly design is nothing earth shattering as everything can be found in magazines.

If you really want to engage WAD I would suggest that you work directly with Brenda and make sure she doesn't assign it to one of her IDs.

They do offer 3D drawing on the stop and soon after w/o any obligations. Business competitive what.

4 years on I wanted to do some re-design to the flat. Saw Brenda again and she assigned my 'project' to someone else. I know the guy and he's actually a nice fella but the bloody graden snails that you find moves faster.

I met with him at the flat 2.5mths ago, took measurements etc and still waiting for a quote. No call, no follow-up.

Long story short, we engaged ***** and the reno is almost complete. My missus first comments when we came back to check on some of the work was how good the workmanship and finishing is compared to the last company. Sure we paid more this time but the service and promptness of which they attend to any issues during and post reno is 2 thumbs up.

Don't get me wrong, WAD is ok but best your engage the boss person there.
