You and your spouse have good taste in choosing the right shade for each colour! My BTO will have the same floorplan as you. Try not to be the 1st one to apply the permit, cos it will take much longer and higher chances of PE endorsement or site supervision. As for the colours, green and orange were chosen by me, and blue by the ID. Lucky it turns out good.. was worried it might look weird...
