Help For Renovation Id/contractor ...

Hi going to get my new flat soon and being a first time flat owner, I'm now faced with a big problem.

It used to seems to so easy when my parents/brother is doing their renovations. But now come to my turn, I realised its no mean feat.

There seems to be lotsa things to consider; namely:

1) workmanship of the id/contractor

2) what you have in mind in terms of design (Not even meantioning color schemes yet)

3) Requirements for materials

and most importantly and most bothersome issue is the BUDGET $$ ..

Thus, would appreciate the kind souls to help me recommend id and/or contractors that charge resonably and wont kill me for my renovation.

I just need simple design (no 3d design also can although good to have but trying keep cost down ..)
