Pay deposit $500 Exercise Option 10 Feb 2011 - Pay seller $4500 and submit the doc waiting for first appointment.Resale First Apointment 07 Mar 2011 - Pay to HDB the cov balance 10k and hdb officer will explain about the loan and additional grant.Estimated Completion Date 03 May 2011 3:30PMExtend 1month for seller 2June 2011 - Seller move out on 10pm and the Got all the key at 11pm. And they cut off SP services on the 3 june.Part 2 Thing i need to do...Renovation - I got AIAN furniture & Renovation contractor to help me on my reno work. SP service - http://www.spservices.com.sg/ U can apply it online.
