Effects of the lights on the surrounding wall and ceiling is quite cool. =) TV Room: Glass lay over the TV console creating a "mirror" effect. The 4 CAT 6 network points in the house are all are connected from the TV console. Comes with useful "catchment" bin in each of the basin. Master bathroom: Accessories installed. Toliet is a 1-piece Baron W303 from Poh Joo ($218). amokduke 0 Report post Posted April 30, 2011 Day 29...Got Sharp System 3 Inverter 12 + 9 + 9, 2 times visits installation, SS Bracket, Upgrade insulation to ArmFLEX 1/2 from Gain City:]The aircon blower is quiet. With "Plasmacluster" Ion technology, the air in the room will be cleaner as it kills virus and molds. Supposed to be better than those "air filter" blower from other brands. Not sure of their "in-house" electrician. Water Heater, tap etc are seperate cost and we brought them ourselves... Wall plug as in the plastic white box? Well they are included in the cost above.
