hi.. maybe ur flooring is abit expensive... must see whether wat's e pricing to select e living room floor tiles like >$3 or < than $3.. i find others quite reasonable eg e overlay of both toilets walls n floors without hacking cost around 2k rite???

Price is only 1 part of the equation, you need to know on a per foot basis whether issit cheap or not? You didn' provide enough details. Your quote can actually be very good if the space size you are refering to is large, so how to compare?

Calculate the quote on a per foot basis for better clarity. Then come back and compare with the market rate.

There are certain market rates for most items. If the price differs substantially from the market rates, check with your ID/contractor, what is he offering for such a higher price?
