Units Facing Nw And Sw - Affected By Afternoon Sun

Hi All,

I am going to choose my BTO flat this week. Currently targetting at a few units (all bedrooms including living room) facing NW or SW.

May i find out how bad is the afternoon sun impact on this? Also, is it going to impact on the resale and rental at a later stage if i decide to move on?

I think the proximity of the unit to MRT stations and famous schools influences the resale value and rental value much more than the facing.

Regarding the heat, you have to wait for replies from ppl who are staying in NW, SW facing units now.
